  • All orders from the lower 48 US States will be shipped via UPS Ground unless the order has been upgraded to one of the UPS Express Shipping services.
  • Shipping rates are only good for orders shipped within the lower 48 US States.
  • Hawaii & Alaska: Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. An additional $5.00 is added to all orders.
  • All UPS orders must be shipped to a physical address, no P.O. Boxes.
  • All addresses must be accurate and correct. All UPS address correction charges will be the responsibility of the customer. The $10.00 address correction fee from UPS will be charged back to the customer.
International Shipping

Clearidge Optics is also happy to serve our international customers. Orders placed by International customers may require an Export License with the US Government, this process if free of charge and typically takes 3-4 weeks for processing. All International orders are usually shipped within 2-3 Business days. All International credit card orders are subject to a 2% surcharge. Credit card orders maybe subject to a back ground check and address verification to reduce the frequency of credit card fraud. Clearidge Optics reserves the right to contact the customer for Bank information, such as address, phone number and contact person. All credit card orders require phone number and correct email for possible contact. All orders are shipped via US Global Express Mail. During the checkout process, insurance must be added to the order to be insured. Clearidge Optics is not responsible for any lost or damage packages if insurance is not purchased. US Global Express Mail shipments to European can only be insured for the maximum value of $650. Please request multiple package if the order is over $650 to be fully insured. If Clearidge Optics is not notified to ship the order in multiple packages, the order will be shipped in one package and insured for the maximum amount allowed. Clearidge Optics is not responsible for any shipping lost or damage over $650 if shipped in one package. All International orders require customs paperwork and all items will have the full declared purchase price. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes.


Warranty

We believe that out products will last a lifetime; that is why we offer a Full Lifetime Warranty. In the event a Clearidge product is found to have defects in materials or workmanship, Clearidge will, at our discretion, replace the product FREE of charge, even if you are not the original owner. No time limit and no warranty card needed. Any warranty work must be accompanied by the following information to be covered. International customers, for any warranty work, export license applications may apply before shipping the product back.

A detailed explanation of the defect or problem.
When sending a product back to us, pack the item securely. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transportation. We will not warranty any product that is damaged due to mishandling, abuse or neglect. Send the above information along with your product, freight prepaid to:

International customers sending items back to us for warranty work are subject to a $15.00 return shipping fee. When returning back an item, please enclose a money order made out to Clearidge Optics or a credit card number (with expiration date).
